Morning, June Bugs!

I got an early morning run in (missed yesterday's afternoon run)...up to 16.1 for the month out of 50, so I'm moving right along!

Keep up the good running, all!

Oh, and I love the spreadsheet, but probably because I'm negative!

Great job! I also got up early to run - trying to beat the heat.

Morning June Bugs!

I got up early and ran 3.5 miles on the beach. It was cool 'cause I got to see the sunrise which was beautiful this morning! Still struggling with fitting my workouts into my new work schedule. I switched to part-time morning (9-1pm) in order to deal with my kids for the summer!

Hi team!  I have a 3 mile run scheduled for this afternoon.  May be inside on a treadmill if the thunderstorms hit as predicted. Oh well.  Inside is better than nothing or getting struck by lightning.

KrisSeer - 2009-06-08 7:44 PM Hey Team... Great job this weekend everyone!! I may have to sign up for a short 5K race or something even though I'm not ready, and just complete it slowly... they sound like so much fun!

I got a couple of runs in this weekend (didn't post at home because my connection is soooooo sloooowwww) but I'll go update the spreadsheet now, too!

They are fun! My first one, I finished my "run" among the walkers and was still inordinately proud of myself

I did 40 minutes this morning!  This is the longest I've run...maybe ever!  "Unfortunately" I'm still running at my slow pace - and only went about 2.5 miles (maybe 2.6 or 2.7).

Then on Sunday, I'm going to go watch my first triathlon!  My first one isn't for a month - but I figured it'd be a good idea to watch one before..maybe it'll give me an idea on what to expect..!?!?

My numbers will be low for awhile, since I'm tapering for Boise. I figured that all into my goal though so it should all work out fine by the end of the month

I think that is a great idea. My first tri was somewhat overwhelming because I had never ever seen one. I never thought the transition area would be so HUGE. Also knowing some of the protocol is really handy.
