Yesterday they ran a 3k at a local race in honor of a fallen state trooper. I ran with Cody and he came in second in the 5 and under AG. Kris ran with Tommy and he came in 3rd in the 9-11 AG (he is 9 and the other to kids towered over him). Tommy did the 3k at a 7:55 pace!! 39th out of 200+ kids and adults. He was ripping up the course. LOL, he has been saying all day that his legs hurt. I wonder why!! Jeremy did the 800m fun run at the end and finished strong! OK, brag off. Back to the IM peeps!
