This place is unreal.... got up here yesterday and swam with sleeveless and felt good.....  missed the swim this morning with you guys will try for tomoorrow morning......

Good to meet you guys. Probably see you tomorrow too... 7 am for another little loopy. My "cruise" speed has slowed considerably since I rarely swim anymore...oh well... my next Ironman isn't in 3 days... I have over a year to get my swim back together.

Tomorrow we will take more photoz!

Will the swim course be open Saturday AM? Is it safe to leave a a small bag near the beach or is there a safe place to stash it? I just need to stow my room key and a pair of shorts.

Heading up friday after my morning swim.  While up there I  will probably take  a lap on the bike course (if anyone who is not doing the race) more than welcome.   Sat am swim then volunteer meeting, then bike loop again.  I will be lifeguarding during the race.  Good luck to all who are competing.  

I will be the one sleeping in the back of my red truck.  Stop in and say hi.

I swam yesterday and I left a bag near the beach area yesterday and it was fine.

I am here all alone. Did a 4 mile easy run. It's beautiful up here. Where is everyone hanging tonight?

wanna do the bike loop early Saturday? 5:30 am ish? I have a 4.5 hour bier/run brick I want to do before the meeting

I'll be at the swim tomorrow at 7, with em73. I don't know how we'll recognize people, but I'll probably be wearing SOMETHING orange. I'll try to be recognizable.  

For the non-racers, I am planning to go for a beer at LP brewery around 8pm tomorrow if anyone want to join me.

Non racers, heh. Whizzzzz and I ended our little run there today for some carbo replenishing!
