Oh, forgot to contribute. Lime and coconut.

Here's Proof....

Harry Nilsson - Put The Lime In The Coconut Lyrics
Album:

Brother bought a coconut
He bought it for a dime.
His sister had another
She paid it for the lime.

She put the lime in the coconut
she drank them both up.
*3

she put the lime in the coconut
she called the doctor, woke him up, and said
"Doctor, ain't there nothing I can take"
I said, "Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?"
I said, "Doctor ain't there nothing I can take"
I said, "Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?"

Now let me get this straight;
You put the lime in the coconut
You drank them both up
You put the lime in the coconut,
You drank them both up
put the lime in the coconut,
you drank them both up
put the lime in the coconut,
called your doctor, woke him up, and said,

"Doctor, ain't there nothing I can take"
I said, Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?"
I said, Doctor, ain't there nothin' I can take"
I said, Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?"

You put the lime in the coconut, you drink them both together,
put the lime in the cocount, then you'll feel better.
Put the lime in the coconut, and drink them both up,
Put the lime in the coconut, and call me in the morning."

Brother bought a coconut
He bought it for a dime.
His sister had another
She paid it for the lime.

She put the lime in the coconut
she drank them both up.
she put the lime in the coconut
Called the doctor, woke him up, and said
"Doctor, ain't there nothing I can take"
I said, "Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?"
I said, "Doctor ain't there nothing I can take"
I said, "Doctor"

Now let me get this straight;
You put the lime in the coconut
You drank them both up
put the lime in the coconut,
You drink them both up
the lime in the coconut,
you drink them both up
you put the lime in the coconut,
you're such a silly woman,
put a lime in the coconut,
and drink them both together,
put the lime in the coconut,
then you'll feel better.
put the lime in the coconut,
drink them both down,
put the lime in the coconut,
and call me in the morning

haha..nice. I went with an American to a bar in Belfast, and she asked for this...by the name of "Irish Car Bomb". We were not exactly in a tourist area...it was like the moment the record spins backwards in the movies. But everyone was three sheets and away, so it didn't matter. A friend told me that it was gross because it's curdled milk essentially (non drinker, so I've got no clue).

    My contribution:
    -Peanut butter and bacon.

Although I have recollections of my dad coming home from his second job as we were going to bed, and he would make a peanut butter, balogna and pickle sandwiches. *gag*

    Chocolate and Orange Juice.  BLECH!

But that's one of my fave sauces!  Melt dark chocolate over a double boiler and add some orange juice.  Heaven over vanilla ice cream or dessert crepes!

I guess this was pre-tri food.  Not anymore.

Single malt scotch goes with nothing else. Must stand alone!

I respectfully disagree. I have found scotch goes very well with chocolate cake, fairly well with chocolate chip cookies and well enough with pretzels.

For those who say chocolate and beer do not mix:

BEST. CAKE. EVAR. I highly recommend a sour cream frosting (also chocolate) to fill and frost - just have to keep it refrigerated. The cake is actually very good slightly chilled. Cream cheese frosting works well, but I'd do this in cupcake form, as the cream cheese would be overwhelmingly rich on the entire cake.

I think there is a thread about red hots and burritos especially when biking! Makes you sh*t on the bike if I recall.
