But at my age I don't have enough energy left over to stalk anyone after I do all this triathlon stuff.  Too much work and effort required. 

Wow, kind of eye-opening to see that so many Bters report being stalked here (one being too many).

Just wonder how you can be "stalked" just one time. Seems to me that's an unpleasant event, but not a stalking.

I don't know the specifics of Renee's situation,  but I'd like to state that if anyone feels that they are being harassed via PM or anywhere on BT, report it to Ron, myself, or Lara and it will be dealt with immediately.

I personally have been the subject of an honest-to-god "If I can't have you, no one else can either" kind of stalker and my tolerance in this area is pretty much non-existent.

btw I did a lot of stocking when I was in high school. Mostly Food Lion and Krogers. But after graduation I joined the Marine Corps. I did some stalking but not the kind you mention here.

Marmadaddy, I wrote to Ron the last time it happened to ask if his PMs could be blocked. It ended when I let the BTer know I was contacting Ron. Months went by and suddenly this person is yanking my chain again. He's trying to play with my head. If he contacts me again, you and Ron will be the first to know. I really don't expect it to happen, but you never know. I think he counts on me not to publicly out him and this is a foolish hope of his. I have my limits and I've reached them.

I like that someone added a poll optoin that says I don't get enough attention. It's true, I don't get enough attention in my real life (I think that's true of most of the more chatty BTers here, as well as the under-radar active BTers) but I don't confuse receiving warped PMs with getting attention. I consider it pernicious. I know what kind of attention is healthy, and what isn't. His obsession with me isn't based on a 'like' of me; it's based on an intense dislike of me.

I can't wait to meet your red bike you at Tampa!  It'll be a stalker reunion!
