Where is the picture located? When I've tried to point to something on the web I have trouble, but if I put it in my own webspace and point to it there it will usually work.

I think that the site moderators blocked linking to external pictures.  If you want to post pictures, you have to upload them directly.  I sent them a message to see if there's a way to do it with the tables.

I might try posting it directly to BT in my album and link to it there.  Just won't have time until I get home tonight.

I'm in at 6:00 as well..headed to bed right now as I also have a run scheduled for tomorrow too...I also just founr a Heart Rate Monitor (Garmin 305) on sale ($165 w/no shipping) at REI so I am going to treat myself to an early Father's Day present.

Can someone help me out with the bonus thing? If I perform 2 disciplines in a row (did a swim then run last night) I add 5% to each of those distances? Just a little confused in Jersey.

Coming off of a PF injury, not out of the woods yet, but have permission to start training again.
Librarian - will be working this weekend so I might not get any training in until next week.

That is my understanding.  Any time you race or do them in a row, you get to add 5% to each.
