Cat! I've just read that Boonen's been banned from the tour. What do I do? What do I do? Who's going to be team leader. Surely not Bettini. I can't be in any other team now can I?

A little birdie suggested Devolder for the GC....

I would like to see Gert Stegmans get a chance to sprint for himself... he is such a likable guy!

So you want to be on Quickstep for the challenge?

Hey Cat, here's my goal:

6 sessions, 9 hours

Works out to be a light month of biking because of race tapering. Don't worry, I can make it up in smack talk post padding.

Fixed that for you, Jen ^^^^.

Um, not that I'd ever do anything like that, myself.

I DO try.

(P.S. The above was not a post pad. It was a shameless attempt to keep myself ahead of Jen and Cat in the BT user listings.)

A year without the TdF Challenge is like a year without the TdF.  Either one is just too horrible to imagine.  Of COURSE I'm in.

Goal is TBD.  I will be out of town 1 week with no bike, so I have to check the dates on when I can ride.

I didn't know anything about challenges last year!

In July I'm focusing on sprint distance rides and bricks (and one sprint tri) and my once weekly bike commute. So, I'm in for 9 stages and 110 miles.

I'm in for the TdF challenge.

Still need to work out my goals though. Been loving the bike lately so I'm looking forward to this challenge!

I'll be away for the first 6 days of this challenge. Going to visit my brother in sunny(Yea!) Cairns. But I would like do be included in this challenge. I'll really need to have something to spur me on when I get back. Is that possible, Cat

Of course - just set your goal for the 23 days taking into consideration your time away - I will put you on a team and you can pop on the team thread and say hello when you get back

Cairns will be a bit of a change from Melbourne this time of year! Enjoy!

I'm all about it...I'm in!! This will be my very first challenge since joining the site so I'm not exactly sure how all this works with joining teams and whatnot...but I know that I want to be involved. :D  According to my plan, I have 570 minutes of biking planned but I usually get a lot more than my plan because of all of my commutes. Anywho....look forward to this!

Well I'm in too and here are my goals.

I will ride every day the riders of LeTour ride ( I think they have 2 rest days this year) and I will ride at least an hour. Hills if they are doing hills and flats if that is what the day calls for.

I would love to be on anyones team that doesn't mind that I ride lots, talk little

Chris
