Cyclingnews doesn't have any side shots, only front ones and that is mostly rider.  Doesn't appear to have any sort of bayonet design though .....

Still, congrats to him on his double medal at the games!  That's awesome considering he was the only Swiss rider for the road/TT.

There most definitely IS a P4.  Cervelo has already said they're working on it and talking about the kind of gains they want to make over the P3.  They've also said that it'll be done when it's done.

I'd love to see Cancellara on a new ride in Beijing, but I'm not holding my breath.

Agreed, but to what extent does it exists? Cervelo only knows… It could be a mock up frame, a CADD drawing or a fully functional bike. We shall have to wait and see.  One thing was for sure... It did not exist in Beijing.

resurrecting an old thread--

A bike shop in my area is supposed to be showing the P4. Personally, I think it is fugly.

 

The Cervelo P4 is finally here!!!!!!  Come to Keswick cycle of Cherry Hill and see the long awaitted Cervelo P4 in person!  We are one of a luck few shops in the United States to get the Cervelo P4.  From the new optimized aero tube shapes to the new integrated hydration system, the P4 is the most innovative time trial bike frame to arrive on the scene since the P3.  These frames are in limited quantity and complete bikes will not be available until late summer early spring.

It acutally looks a lot better in person, saw it at Shamrock Marathon expo in VA Beach a couple of weeks ago.

But it is pretty much being shunned by the faster crowd it seems.  Plus we have to wait and see how things play out with the UCI enforcing their tubing/shape rule.
