Forgot who asked about housework.....check the activity log and see what the pull-down menu offers. But yes, housework does count! It gets you moving. Where do I pull down menu and how do I log the activities so they show as peach? When you edit the day's training, go under "Actual Sports", there is a pull-down menu that has tons of things listed. Once you select the activity hit "add sport" and then a box will appear where you type in the amount of time. ONce you do that and hit "save", your box for that day will change color. |
