Got my USAT on the back window and always take a quick look when I see others sporting the same.  Any info on where to get the HTFU?

No USAT sticker on my car but I see lots of them out here.  last time I had any kind of sticker on my car it was NIN...that goes way back!  I probably will get a 140.6 after this summer though.

I sport the USAT, a swim, bike, run and a 70.3.

I don't think I would go lower than a 26.2 for running. Half marathon just doesn't seem like much to me!

I never put USAT stickers on my car.  But my wife, who isn't a triathlete, does (on her car and mine).  Go figure...

I have a 26.2 sticker and a "Running is cheaper than therapy" sticker.  I will have to add a tri sticker after I earn it at my first tri.

Somebody mentioned making a sticker a magnet, my experience with magnets is they scratch up the paint easily.  Plus I have found them to disappear sometimes.

tri_d00d - 2009-07-16 9:51 AM I sport both a USAT sticker and a HTFU sticker (and an xterra one, too).

my wife HATES the HTFU one!

where'd you get the xterra one?  they don't seem to have any on their website.  I'd definitely sport one.

I have my stickers on my rear glass so I can easily scrape them off when I turn in my lease. USAT on one side, 140.6 on the other. I also have a USAT sticker on my motorcycle.

tcovert - 2009-07-16 11:18 AM USAT sticker on my bumper.  Always enjoy seeing evidence of fellow triathletes on the road.

My wife has a magnet with S/B/R figures that says "How about a threesome?"  I'll reserve further comment on that one...

Hopefully in 2 1/2 weeks--if my hamstring cooperates--I'll be able to be really obnoxious and add the "140.6" sticker.

Never been interested in a "26.2" sticker for some reason...and once you put on the "140.6" it implies "26.2", doesn't it, so no point after that...

Unless you do a 281.2  Double Iron right?

I agree though, I thought about the 26.2 and decided against.  If I ever get-up the nerve to do an IM and finish, I'll definitely sport the 140.6.

Good luck man!

My 26.2 is from a stand alone marathon

BJG85 - 2009-07-16 8:05 AM I haven't put mine on my truck because I am planning on getting a new vehicle soon. I couldn't find a place to buy a replacement sticker, so I'm saving it. Does anyone know where I can order one?

You get one every time you renew.  I've got an extra if you want it.

The rubber-coated magnets you can buy at craft stores don't scratch, but, yeah, mine disappeared from the back of my car. I'm hoping it fell of, that someone wouldn't have to (or want to) steal a USAT sticker.

I often flag traffic on the side of the road and I always check out stickers.  On my hard hat I have "the Dragon" from Deal's Gap which often times motorcyclists see.

But a little while back I was working right next to an REI and checked out the stickers.  So far in my road work time I've seen 140.6, 70.3, 26.2, 13.1, 10k, 5k, CC (cross country), and some that said "Swim/Bike/Run" and USAT stickers.  Is there a special sticker for someone who does an olympic?  Maybe Oly or something like that.  I want to get a Swim/Bike/Run vinyl (since they stick to hardhats) for my hardhat.

Some triathlon shirts would be cool too.

Just curious as to how many people sport USAT stickers on their vehicles?  I was driving into work this morning and saw a USAT sticker on the back of a vehicle.  I passed her (so as not to draft) and it felt good that I'd passed someone that was clearly under my AG.  :-)

Some people feel strongly enought about their sport and/or it defines them so much that they want others to know.  You see a lot of soccor balls and SCUBA stickers but it's rare that I see USAT stickers...but I do sometimes see them is in the parking lot at the swimming pool.

~Mike

I have 3 small round stickers on my back window:

140.6
Tri
Swim/Bike/Run

I put mine in my workbench in the garage. I prefer to be more subtle like wearing my Jawbones when I mow and putting Yankz in all my shoes and always wearing my Road ID. I wouldn't want people to think I'm a poser by putting a sticker on my car

I put most of my stickers on my bike case.  I have only put one sticker on a car in my life and that is the red mdot that I roll with now.
