sportyj - 2009-07-31 10:09 AM OH Travis! Kiss

This reminds me of the time I was running SoMo with PJ and we rounded a turn and I see a guy all sweaty and glisteny (and shirtless) in the distance I was like like *YUM* and as we get closer its just Travis.

Lookin good kids!!!

Kind of like Tour de Foenix when we saw some horse-man pulling a huge pace line... it was travis, the rogue rider. LOL

And then Josh asked me when we got home "Did Travis pull you at all" and I said "You know what, he didn't" and then I decided I did not like Travis anymore.

The End.

Not the end.  After that  you kissed me at the finish line.

The End, for realz.

Was that the race I was so delirious I stripped down naked and started making out with random people?

Hmm, must have been.

I remember Tanya being there though.

Sorry I couldn't stick around at the end. Had to get home to get the kids to
school. Family slept in, ended up having to drive the two oldest in.

I will be there too! Not even going to try to bike afterward, though! It's too darn hot for these multiple workout days!

Let's be ready to run at 5:30 a.m., now that we all know how to get there.

I wish!  It's just too far for me to pull that off and the whole working thing, been riding some of our favorite Wed afternoon routes Friday mornings.  Makes me think of you!

Do we have a planned route? I was thinking just doing Mormon/National might get old, and since there are a bunch of trails we, could do others.

Pima -> Javelina -> Saddle would give two different distance options

Out and back on Desert Classic would let everyone go as far as they needed

National out and back?

Ridgeline?

Sitting at a Starbucks somewhere talking about the runs we could be doing but aren't.

I apologize for pushing Kerri down. It was the only way to stop her from running away from me
after every intersection.

How can you see my underwear?

-Jot

p.s.: I actually ran in the ESCKTC running shirt. I changed into the 07 Ragnar shirt
just so I'd be semi-dry. And for the record, I'm pretty sure that Rocky is in fact "DA HO".

you are correct I da'ho. Great run but it's hard to get anywhere when the guy who knows the trails is behind you and then runs you in circles until you don't know where you are anymore.

I strongly belive that I can make it on Friday to this run - did you all manage to actually start running at 5;30 am last week?  I ask as at the moment I still have a job that likes me to show my smiling face from time to time!

BTW - I know that after two whole runs you are all pretty bored on S. Mtn routes, but I would be intrested in a repeat of the Mormon loop/Nation route for a second time so that if I have to I can run it on my own without getting lost (as i understand it jot made it into a 3.5 hour run once! )
