700 Club, July (Page 2)

the 700 Mi goal is not looking good right now, but the good news is that I am back to running

oh well we shall see if I can pull it off in the next 8 days...

I'm at 453 with another 80 this week...might add a 20-40 tomorrow...puts me at at most 573 on Saturday...I may make it but it will go down to the wire.

No matter what I've ridden more than any other month as a adult and got to ride most of the IMLP course which was fun. 

What I descrobed as a cake walk back on the 15th has become a fight to the finish, thanks to a few meetings, heavy volunteering at a club race last weekend, and a lot of rain. I'm at 654 and can still make it easy over the next two days IF IT DOESN'T RAIN!

So who's up for August?

Barely going to be at 550 this month .......

Won't be able to get it in August either (if I want to stay married .....), but we'll see what I can do.

Congrats to all the studs/sudettes who reached the 700 Mi mark!

As I already stated I am IN for Aug and I'll gor for 700 Mi bike (most likely I'll ride 600), 100 Mi run and 45,000 yds swim.

This is what i'm up against as I try to get my last 18 miles in this afternoon:

I'm a hair north of Lafayette.

Indeed, that's pretty much what we're looked at for the past two weeks, with only a couple days break. I'll still try to get it in if the lightning stops...

I'm planning to do a 107 km ride after work.  That will put me at 1700km for July.   (1056 miles)

Plus 315 km running and 51 km swimming. 

Well, it drizzled, the roads were wet and muddy, and I had to go araound the block again to get the mileage, but I got it done.

Worse part was I had to wash my bike again, even though I just washed it Sunday.

Bring on August!
