When I come back from my life vacation.. What you got for me love? I'm hiring an assistant in the next few months. It's not a glamorous job but, hey, you get to work with me!! One of my bosses is a marathoner and the other is a triathlete so they don't care if I take a long lunch to get my training in. (You know, if I WERE training.) They get it. And I've done TN Visas before. Piece of cake. PM me and I'll send you my work email address and our website info. |

There are several non-narcotic (if that is a concern) pain relievers that do very well and get processed in the liver. The liver, unless you drink fairly regularly and heavily - has less work to do than the kidneys and in as such, can take a little more presssure. Celebrex is a good choice, though it is a joint medication and I don't know that your pain is muscular or joint related. A terrific idea - if it works for you is Celadrin. It is a topical, all natural, non-smelly cream product that works well on sore muscles and joints. It is a natural anti-inflammatory, which is all that the NSAIDs are. NSAIDs work on headaches because they actually constrict blood flow and that is what ceases that familiar "pounding", but it is also what is dangerous to the organs - blood flow is good. The problem with the topicals is that you have to get it to the right part of your body, so if it is deep muscle tissue in your back - it probably won't work. If it is misalignment or degenrative bone problems - it would probably do well. See a doc though. Those levels of NSAIDs are not recommended for the healthiest of individuals - drinkers or not. it's sciatica.. i've tried too many pills to count.. a year of physical therapy.. weight loss then weight gain.. CTs (or maybe it was MRIs).. best thing I've found for it is deep tissue massage twice a week.. but that gets insanely expensive.. yeah -= my Dad has had that for a long time. Finally had surgery a couple of years ago - didn't help. Deep tissue massage is all that works for him, too. Usually insurance won't cover it. |
