Subject: RE: DOWN for the Holidays!At lunch, I was able to get some gym time in... 15 minutes on the exercise bike. Dunno what sort of wattage I was putting out, but I maintained a 110+ RPM cadence with the bike set to "random." Good ride. That resulted in only 5.76 miles. Then I jumped on the treadmill. Same "random" program, which randomly varies the incline. Max incline I saw was 4.3%. For the first 5 minutes, I had it set to 5MPH, then 5.5MPH for the next 5 minutes, and the last 5 were at 6MPH. As much as I hate training on a treadmill, if I can get myself to doing 7.5MPH for about 25 minutes straight, I'm pretty sure my actual run will be pretty killer for a guy my size. As for kilted photos... the kilts are still packed away. Tomorrow's mission is to find them. I'm also thinking some "in progress" photos might be apropos. What say you?
