I'm still trucking along.  At 262mi for the year.  I had my HIM on Sunday (soooooo pleased with my race!) and I will be starting to train for a Sept HM in the next couple weeks.  I have a couple Olys left this year as well.  Still don't think I have a hope of catchin the wabbit, but I will give it a go!

So sorry about the first half of the year. Sure hope the 2nd half is great for you. To get into the spreadsheet, click on this link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0An7ZkKfHG1L1dGZnamsyaVV... Do not sign in. Bookmark the new ink and kill the old link. Google changed something and so BT is setting it up where we don't have to enter a password; at least that is my understanding.

WooHoo, vacations are great for gaining on the bunny. Down at the beach and my fair skin can't handle the sun but I love the early morn runs, with a nice sea breeze, flat terrain, and not having to go to work. Less than 15 miles behind the rabbit now but that will change once I get back to real life.

Finally got the training rolling. Still well behind the pace (425ish so far this year) but if I can keep up where I am I will be on pace in a few weeks.

Did it - broke the 500 mile mark today - so if I average 103 miles a month, I could still do it - don't know if that is happening or not.....

Come on, Scott. You can do it!

Can't believe it but I'm 4 miles behind that rabbit. Tomorrow will be a rest day and not quiet sure if I can pass him this week but I think by next week, we will be leapfrogging. This morn as I was doing my intervals, I saw something moving in the dark bushes and realized it was a bunny. Good, glad it has to get up early in the morn to do his miles too.

I'm gaining on the bunny on vacation too. Three 10k's in three days. Hope to get a couple more in before heading back to reality.

Way to go! I'm not far ahead of you. I need ~95/month which will be a stretch.

I have had a 'slow' couple-three weeks.  Holidays got in the way of training Wink  I still got a few runs in, but I am back at it this week starting to train for a fall HM, so the km will start piling up!  Good job to all those still on target--I really don't have a chance to make the 1000 for the year, but I will just stay consistent and see how she goes.

It's in the right direction. Congrats!

shhhhh.....be very, very quiet but i've snuck past the wabbit. I would be more excited if I thought it was the final time but with our predicted storms over the weekend, school starting next week, and with us having to clean a nasty rental, well I think the wabbit will pass me again while that is going on.

I'm still around. Tri training, sickness, and some minor surgery hurt my running a little, but I still have hope of making 1000 miles by Dec 31. I'm entering my high mileage time of the year. Woohoo!!

Run: 113h 16m 42s - 614.46 Miles -- As of September 4, 2013

I'll try to update the spreadsheet, but I'm pretty stupid about stuff like that, for some reason. Innocent

You got it entered perfectly. So glad to have you back! And I'm also so glad to hear someone else say that this is their high mileage time of year. My mentor leader just asked what our "offseason" plans were. I laughed and explained that in the South, Fall and Winter are our in-season and late Spring and Summer are our offseason where we are just trying to maintain a base during the heat. Good job on the mileage and it's nice to have you back.

Bill, so glad to have you back. Don't worry if the mileage isn't going to make it to 1000 . Just keep coming back to visit and check in. Glad you are still staying active and athough I'm just the oppo on bike vs run, I admire your bike mileage.

Dang, Mike, you 'bout to pass me.
