We don't care if you are running, biking, swimming, cross-country skiing, racing Cougar's up a mountain, or some combination of something I missed ...... WE WANT DETAILS!!!! For those not racing, Given one workout, what time of day do you prefer to train and why? I don't think I have ever "qouted" myself before ... this is weird. Minnow, a little direction here??? ANYWAY, I am Racing Cross again this weekend on Saturday AM, (Cat = Old & Slow) .... then a long run planned for Sunday. I prefer to workout in the morning, except for running. It is hard for me to just wake up and run? EN Out-Season starts up in a couple of weeks, so I until then I am allowed to be a SLACKER!!! And these 6pm Sunsets don't help the motivation, plus I had to turn the heat on at home tonight before all my ladies disowned me! |

But the brackets are a pain to get to. Kinda like having to type .com or @gmail.com or something. |

What are we gonna do with all of these unmotivated people?? For realz??!! C'mon, folks... the holidays are just around the corner and those pants aren't gonna get any looser!! Starting right about now it's one sweet thing after another, one more party, one more dinner... Time to get moving because it's a whole lot easier to stay ahead of the slow creep than it is to lose the weight later!! OK, that's all I got.
HAHA that is awesome and I so needed that.... Even after my HM I am still up about 5 lbs.... I need to make sure I keep up with things. And eat good right now.

It's a pretty biv surgery - a platd and several screws, open surgery and arthroscopic at the same time. So tough on him, and a logistical nightmare 350 miles from home. I feel bad feeling cranky - but this is peak week and I've got no bike and no pool. LOVELY.Ran 8 this morning before he woke up. Also missing pt; trying to just hold the line.Feel better, Suzy! |
