Subject: RE: Ironman Arizona : Official ThreadI'm here in Tempe, personally I'd like the mid-day temps to be about 5-10degrees cooler. It's a fine line between wanting warmth on the bike coming out of the water, but not wanting the heat during the run :-/ Can't help on the food thing... I intentionally got a suite with a kitchen so I could stay in and cook my own stuff. :-/ Considering I left Denver at 11:30 last night and drove the 14hours here, I'm glad I get to relax and not have to go out for food. I registered and everything, but the line to get body marked (although it was only like 10 people long ) took forever (looked like there was only two people body marking ). Being tired from the drive I just ditched and figure I'll get it done tomorrow... hopefully the line isn't worse. Oh... anyone else notice that anyone that wants to register for '11 has to make a decision... it's the same time as the practice swim. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like the line to register will likely make you not able to get out and swim. |
