It get dark too fast for everyone to get there after work and what not. We will start back up in the spring most likely. You should ask (standswithfist) she is kinda the leader of the ESCKTC that puts on the OWS. We do have other group training times and days though. |

I'm starting training for Boise 70.3 and IMAZ 09 and I need all the OWS I can get, particularly in cold water as Boise is reportedly about 52 degrees. My running is coming along nicely, just finished a 10 miler and my biking is also but the swim is my weakest discipline and it's boring as hell knocking out laps in a pool on my own. I'll definitely be showing up when they're restarted. -Steve |

Today would have been a good day to OWS in Tempe Town Lake with all of the Ironmen. We will start up OWS in early April to prepare for Tempe Int'l. |

Two items: 1. the 16th is as good a day to start as any and your cake is tasty! Reminder: bring running shoes for an easy jog up the hill afterward! Second: OK, it's not THE brickapalooza, but if anyone's interested, there's a free swim clinic at Bartlett Lake this Saturday sponsored by Tri-family Racing and Triple Sports. Time is 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Wetsuits definitely recommended! Chad will be there, and I'm trying to talk Dean into it, too (he wants to go flying instead, not that I can blame him!).
