Quoting chick flicks huh, you may have to hand over your man card.

Was Cutting Edge a chick flick? I guess its been a while since I've seen it, what was the premise again?

more of several lines but the few that stood out in the dialogue from Holy Grail:

I am not dead...
I am getting better...
I don't want to go on the cart...
I feel happy, I feel happy...

And also:

'Are these the ones that blow up into funny shapes?'
'Not unless round is funny.'

Something has to be wrong with me.  I laugh so hard at this movie.  The scenes at Alcatraz kille me.

Not a line, but a scene in Sideways that is funny.  When Miles goes back into the house to get Jack's wallet.  As he crawls along the floor he looks into the bedroom and sees some Pizza Making.
The look he gives is classic.  Reminds me of Don Knotts when he was startled.

From "Swingers":
Mike: What the f*** are you carrying a gun for? What, in case somebody steps to you, Snoop Dogg?

Sue: Hey man, you're not from here, alright. You don't know how it is. I grew up in L.A.

Trent: Anaheim.

Sue: Whatever, man. It's different out here. It's not like New York, Mikey.

It's 106 miles to chicago, we gotta full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses.  Hit it! - The Blues Brothers

Lady:"Are you the police?"
Elwood:"No ma'am, were musicians."

Jake:"Four fried chickens and a coke."
Elwood:"-and some dry white toast please."

Elwood:"What kind of music do you usually play here?"
Bartender: "Oh, we got both kinds: country AND western."
