Mon - reality slaps me in the nuts by proving just how deficient I am in the swim. OWS practice at the beach demonstrates I still can't find a freestyle breathing rhythm that lasts more than 40 yards. |

Tornado was a mile wide and took out everything in the town. Everything. They are just now re-building - those who chose to stay. I know a girl from there... her mom's house was on the edge and exactly half of it was destroyed and the other half was left in tact. |

I was at a water park on Sunday and the beach yesterday and saw A LOT of these. Some were modest little items like butterflies or flowers. Some of them were FULL ON pieces of artwork. One woman had a design that covered from the top of her butt all the way to her kidneys. And it covered side-to-side. |
