So far it is hard but okay... but I see that starting week 3 it's going to be even tougher...

Call me crazy, but I think I already see some change in my arms.... ;-)

 59!  Maybe 100 isn't impossible after all.

So, by my calculations, I'm shooting for 100 pushups by December 8th.

That's 2 days after the Powerman Rattlesnake Sprint Duathlon (my 1st hilly race) & 2 days after my hubby's birthday. 

I'm gonna try to get him to join me in the challenge!  It would be really cool if we could both do 100 pushups for his birthday!  He's been trying to get back into pushups lately.

YYEEAAHH, week 1 complete!  I didn't have the sheet in front of me today so I actually did a few extra than what was called for.

8/10/8/8/10 = 44

I feel like such a girl ~ Hey! Wait! I AM a girl!   Do I get brownie points for doing military style push ups?!

Your muscles will get the brownie points!!! ;-)

If only eating brownies actually went to my muscles and not my a$$!

Week 2 underway with Day 1 complete:

8/10/8/8/12 = 45

I'm having probs with my max set.  I know I'm capable of more but for some reason my body is just telling me "noooo, I don't think so."  I'll see how this week goes and if I feel the same then I think I might repeat ~ I'm meeting the minimum max but  barely.

Did these yesterday, (which means this week will be a T,TH, Sat workout) :    9,11,8,8, 15 max  and WOW, I can tell that I missed a week.

Really, I don't know how I did it.  While doing the first 4 sets I felt like I was struggling.  I really thought my head was going to explode (currently suffering from some serious allergies).

Life has come at me hard this past week and these push ups have pretty much been my only form of movement ~ I actually did these yesterday.

Week 2 Day 3

12/13/10/10/16

It took everything I had to get to that 16 but hey I did it!  Depending on how I do on my test out for week 3, I may repeat this week.  We shall see...
