Ok, I think I figured out a goal of 2 hours and 30 min of swimming a week or 600 min for the month. I'm in!
I finally got my self on the board. Running is going well, my swim needs work. I started a swim group with some friends to keep me on track.
My goal is 65 miles of running which should be ok.
Swimming is 2 hours and 40 min of swimming a week or 580 min for the month. I started swim class on Sept 7th.
I HAVE to get through one month of consistent swimming! I am determined to get it done and this challenge is going to make me do it!
