This can be discussed... Ride first for safety - and then eat drink and maybe some bars ? But costumes MUST be kept on for the whole evening

Having crashed in daylight I can understand the apprehension. And some people I know have trouble riding straight while sober!!

Agreed - costumes MUST be on the whole time...or you get docked points!

However, random removal of clothing is not only within the rules, you may find that it is encouraged.

I think Joe claimed that costume - I think that's automatic negative points - you'll have to check with the ref!

I thought Joe was busting out the Speedo and Southern Comfort for this?

I think there needs to be a NO SPEEDO rule...for EVERYBODY! I feel very strongly about this. They should not be allowed outside of a swim meet!

Sorry Doc - guess you need to figure out a new costume...

If anyone wants to stop at Jimmy's Old Town Tavern, I'm game.  It's a block off the W&OD in Herndon.  I don't think they allow speedos, but I can guarantee they'd get a kick out of 15 cyclists showing up in full costume on a Friday night.

Hold the presses, work may not allow me to get there on friday. Besides, I'm not sure I want to see you drunk, you're a handful sober

Absolutely.  And if needed, I know where I can access a fleet of a dozen Schwinn crosscut cruisers (whatever the hell you call 'em) that a certain property I know of used to let residents "borrow" until it became to much of a hassle for that certain property.  So those bikes now sit in a certain garage at that certain property.  They just need some air and some lube.  Ha.  I said lube.
