Caption: I found 9 month old Bart the boxer on the couch like this. When I asked if he had any idea what happened to the green paint brush, he contemplated and decided, no, he had no idea. But would get back to me if he came up with anything.

It even blew a little bird into our back door. I hope it recovered quickly because one of our dogs loves pouncing on small animals. On a happy note...I felt so good after yoga that I put in some swim time |

My lack of run training was a limiter, but my 22:12 shows that I have the potential to run pretty quick when I get back to a regular running schedule. |
