No tattoos yet, still trying to decide if I get one or not. Right now I am at 70/30. But I am sure I do not want another guy's name tattoed on my body

Man, awesome time last night.  Most fun in ages.  I can't believe that I haven't gone back in years, but went to Hofbrauhaus last night and IT WAS AWESOME!  So much fun.  (I guess the 2 liters of Oktoberfest helped)...  And the food was fantastic.  I probably made a bit of an obnoxious fool of myself, but I was going with the flow.

THEN was able to get home and blast through the Bronco game and avoided any spoilers so it was liking watching it live sans commercials.

Best thing about this time of year is the cooler weather is perfect for all day cooking with crock pots and dutch ovens. Summer BBQ's give way to autumn braised meats.  Yums.

Bah, sometimes I dislike contractors...  But maybe it's not them, but just "people" trying to CYA...

One of the sub-contractors got lazy and bid some walls without looking closely at the design (IMO).  The general contractor didn't backcheck and sold that price to the owner.

Now they are looking at it closely getting ready to build it and they say it's "changed" and need an extra 900k to build.  When you are talking a million bucks, people are going to scramble.  I'm sure the GC will tell the sub they bid it for 1 mil less, so eat it and build it.  The sub will say MY company changed it.  Which I can easily disprove but that won't stop them from trying to blame us.  Which I guess it so be expected if it's a million dollars (but still sucks).  Instead of owning up the mistake, they are going to try and throw me under the bus.  Yay.  Again, I'm not worried.  Open and shut case, but still have to go through the battle.  Maybe it will get worked out, but I'm prepping.

Don't forget to wear the fire-retardent underwear when the heat starts.

Not worried.  I think I will be laughing at their attempt.  However, I'm sure they will find a COUPLE instances and have a little ammo, but it will be grasping at straws.

Training our bodies to work efficiently in Zone 2 will help us keep our HR and pace even throughout an Ironman. This theory would hold true for the bike and run portion of an Ironman race.
