Keep pushing it (bring it ). How did you like yoga?" I did have a little head start in the gym, so I wasn't going into it soft. The first few weeks of p90x did give me more definition though.  The spring in my step is back for soccer from plyos. Bouncing from one foot to the other is so much easier and it makes for quicker touches on the ball, and more accuracy because my form is good and strong. I like the yoga, but have to admit, it's hard on the knees. Always has been, so I usually have to do the easier or modified version of a lot of moves. Speaking of knees, the plyos can do a number on them too. I have to be very careful. I can't go buck wild.
