Well, since i did not do so well in the Sept Runnin' fool challenge, due to overuse injury, i would like to give the Oct challenge a go, especially since running is my weakness. So i would like to be down for 30 miles, and lets see if i can stay healthy.

Teammate request is for any Horny Melons!!!

Thanx Cat!!!!

Whoo hoooo  Big Guy on top BABY!!!!!

put me down for 150 as I lead up into my marathon.

I am training for my first marathon and I need accountability for my training runs especially since my marathon is in December!

I will have to figure out what my goal is for the month, but wanted to put my name in. Thanks!!

I'm in for 100 miles of mostly running and some walking. I may up it once the month starts and I add in more walking miles, but I think 100 is good for now.

This sounds like an interesting group of people!

Oooooooo....

She thinks we're INTERESTING.

I think she wants to be on team Whipped Pumpkins next month. She probably wants to get to know Mila's whip, Mila better.

OMG, I just read that with your voice sounding like one of those fake French accents from movies.

I am in for 40 miles.

I have been a lazy arse lately. I have a race in three weeks, my wetsuit is dusty, my bike has cob webs & flat tires, and my running shoes are, well I don't know where.

Ok quit my whining... umm goals....

Well let's not be too crazy... I'll try for a total of 9:00hours total of running.

Newbie and running is definitely my weak spot... But I guess that's why I'm in. Put me down for 25 miles.

Put me in for 10 hours.  I'm sure I can find a balance of walking and running that will keep my knee happy.

I like a girl that brings her own weapons.

I'm back cause I was goal-less.  I'm gonna go with 5 hours of some sort of run-like activity...

You sound like me... my goal is going to be ultra conservative and probably mostly walking to keep MY knee happy! Just be conservative is all the advice i have!!!

I've just downloaded a plan...bit scary..I actually now have some sort of  system. It tells me that I must run for 7hours and 20 minutes for October-440 minutes. So that is my goal. Now to see if I can do as I'm told!
