Subject: RE: June BugsHey Team!! My name's Kristina; I'm fairly new to BT and I love the challenges! This is month three - my first month I was really good with my exercising and eating. The second month I completely spaced on everything fitness-related. So I'm back for June, and hopefully will stay away from an every-other-month cycle! I'm putting down my goal in minutes - 250 of them, which sounds like SOOO much more than it actually is. The plan is to start small and attainable so I don't give up!! I'm good with June Bugs for a name - they're kind of cute as long as you don't look too close. And we have a whole bunch of birthdays in this group; mine's tomorrow. Tuesday is not the most exciting day for a birthday, though... I'll have to take a run to celebrate  . Now I'm off to figure out how to get myself into that spreadsheet. |
