I'm sad that I had to consult the Googles for the reference, but in doing so I learned that a Clerks III has been announced, so now I'm happy.

I hate you so much right now for that stupid song!  And I don't have any earphones with me to listen to Pandora... GAH!

Today will definitely be brought to you by the letter C for coffee, followed by the letter D for DRINKS.  If I could have a Bloody Mary or some Baileys in my coffee right now, I'd be all over that like Tony on rice.

I came into work all fired up and ready to be uber-productive after missing all of yesterday with car shopping, only to be stymied by waiting on others for information before I can proceed.  I have a project that I have to crank out quickly, but I can't even start it without the info and the people that I'm doing it for are the ones I'm waiting on.... so, it's been an internet surfing kinda day today.

I did.  Supah shiny MKZ.  The dealership had a 2011 with only 15,500 miles on it... my feelings for this car may be a little unnatural.
It has cooled seats... I can air condition my butt, now!

And it has Rich Corinthian Leather ...

Happy Friday Drive By Tanning.

I have been too busy scuba diving this year and put Triathlons on hold. Downside. I am up 20 lbs.

Upside I just got to see some of the most amazing shipwrecks in the great lakes last week.

Hope everyone is doing well.

That is a GREAT feature when you're on sales calls in humid North Carolina weather. Love that!

Oh only the best for you then! The Corinthian leather factory, where they put it on the actual car seats, is in Shermer, Illinois. Not too far from Chicago.

Training our bodies to work efficiently in Zone 2 will help us keep our HR and pace even throughout an Ironman. This theory would hold true for the bike and run portion of an Ironman race.
