There is a long MUT in Henderson (other side of town from me) that would be nice (I have ridden for Silverman, but never ran it) Running the strip is ok at this time of year. Obviously not without issues like lights, traffic and peds. But those wouldn't be TOO bad this time of year and when you decided to go out. |

If you don't mind running stairs they have walkways that go up and over the Strip at key intersections. |

When I get sick I usually head to the Sauna (extra hot and extended time) sweat the little bugs out, rehydrate with OJ and water, one does of cold meds and then hit the pillow. Just an idea. |
