I had a short z2 run this morning....into the rain, in chilly temps and wind. It was lovely. Shouldn't have any issues hitting 45 miles on the month. I'll probably end up adjusting up as well as soon as my schedule comes in from coach. So far I only have this week posted....and it includes 5 runs (heaven help me). Hey! I just saw that you're doing the same race I'm doing - the Trek in July. That will be my first tri ever!! woo-hoo! That's awesome... Just went and checked out the race you girls are doing, looks like fun!! And with all the running you'll be doing this month, you should be reeeaaalllly prepared! I just saw that you're doing the same race I'm doing - the Trek in July. That will be my first tri ever!! woo-hoo! Excellent!! This was my first tri 2 years ago and it's by and far my favorite. I'm sure that Trek will continue the amazing heritage that Danskin started with this race. Prepare to have a crap load of fun that day  ...I just need to get my rear registered!! I've really been slacking on this lately. |

This is month three - my first month I was really good with my exercising and eating. The second month I completely spaced on everything fitness-related. So I'm back for June, and hopefully will stay away from an every-other-month cycle! I'm putting down my goal in minutes - 250 of them, which sounds like SOOO much more than it actually is. The plan is to start small and attainable so I don't give up!! I'm good with June Bugs for a name - they're kind of cute as long as you don't look too close. And we have a whole bunch of birthdays in this group; mine's tomorrow. Tuesday is not the most exciting day for a birthday, though... I'll have to take a run to celebrate  .Now I'm off to figure out how to get myself into that spreadsheet. And no, there is no cheating for lots of posts in a row. Usually the minimum length is a sentence because the one word posts get kind of annoying. |
