I'll post this one from my race this past Sunday.  Okay - it's not a good picture at all - it's kinda crappy actually, but I am proud of it for several reasons...

1.  I am NOT the last swimmer in my wave out of the water. (see the other yellow caps.)
2.  I actually passed some swimmers in the previous wave.  (You can see a pink cap.)
3.  This swim was the best OWS I have ever had...I think I  kicked my OWS demons in the a$$, and I don't have the "Holy cow thank goodness it's over, and I didn't drown!" look I usually always have...as I exited calm and ready to get on the bike.

I don't get it...What is what about?  Crowny is a Cubs hater, and I am a Sox hater...we may not agree on baseball, but we're still good triathlon friends!!

Well, since I was TOTALLY misunderstood here... My "best friend in thw whole world" (who, if our various "single" states had ever coincided, would most likely be my wife today) is a Cubs Fan to the core, even singing about them at a Mariners game here in Seattle... Well, that was a positive thing. As in "why are the Cubs fans I know so totally rockin'?"

How funny is this for the BT Girls of 2008-this was actually 20 years ago...1988...ha!  Check out those red w/ gold nike spikes I am sporting...pretty sweet!!

HA - take a look at my last race report - my bike split is logarithmically better than swim and run!  differential is growing bigger!
