#57 - I Need a Drink - Gin and TANic (Page 66)

Not at all.  I have a space heater in my bathroom because it's always really cold in the morning.  I love it.

I don't think we have one of those here, which is odd...  We have just about everything else.

You're not missing much. It's sub-par chain restaurant food and at every single Uno's I've ever been to, the service has been TERRIBLE. And I'm not usually picky or snobby when it comes to service at crappy chain restaurants.

One of my little dogs has an ear infection.  The dr. cleaned it, and now we have to keep up the treatments.  But it's so sore, that he yelps when you mess with it.  I feel terrible that I have to force treatment on him when it hurts him so much....

When I'm done, he retreats under the bed or coffee table for hours and looks at me with fear in his eyes, like I did it on purpose...

That makes me sad.

Aw, poor little guy. It sucks that you can't explain to them that you aren't hurting them. Just make sure you give him a treat afterwards - then he has a positive reward to associate with it, and that might help. And lots of snuggles. Dogs aren't humans, but they understand the basics.

FWIW, our old dog HATED getting his toenails clipped - he was 90 lbs, and both my parents had to hold him down while one fed him bits of ham and the other clipped his toenails. He still loved us

Why?  I hate McDonalds.  Unless the throwing up and Mcdonalds was the connection.

I like taco bell and Jack in the box, or In and Out burger,  maybe 3 times a month total.  That's about it.

Why where you hurling?

I'm  making a roasted tomato soup with garbanzo beans for dinner tonight...

and maybe a jazzed up grilled cheese sandwich... hmmm....

I know - I don't understand the craze of the Chicago style pizza, or the craze of that chain.  However, I do realize there are some people that love it.  So if people love it, one opens up here.  Like Nathon's hot dogs, etc...

OOOORRRRR, am I thinking of the wrong Uno's?
