Now you HAVE to buy the pic package! It's only $30 more. MUAH HA HA I just realized I have mad mod power to edit y'all's posts. HA HA HA ... the fun ... Okay. It's kind of sad that I just realized that. Also, I'm not sure I could make things around here any weirder anyway. |

Melon Presser 52116 | Subject: RE: Mad Mutant Manatee Mentors 4--CLOSED Artemis - 2013-04-20 2:10 AM I honestly had to turn off the news today. It's just too much. I tried to do productive things instead: put dinner in the crockpot, send off packages to people I owe (MUTTI!!), and get myself a gelato/espresso shake. Don't you think I missed that for a minute YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY--oh wait, it's hers, not mine. Well, at least she won't be stealing mah stuff! She can fend me off at arm's length for a change. Yes. Live life, put good in the world. That way there is always good for you to enjoy. You truly are ... the finest woman in every way. |

Go! GOOD LUCK RACING MANATEES!!! Happy early birthday, Tracy!! Good vibes and lots of love and hugs for all our sick and stressed manatees! {{melonpresses}} YES!!!! I am so excited!!! I am doing the 21 mile. I refuse to say I dropped to the 21 mile. It is still 21 FRICKIN' MILES, and on the same course and Mile 5 (start for 21 mile) to mile 9 are downhill (before the uphill but I sort of like hills a lot so that doesn't bug me). The 21 mile has the same time limit as the marathon so I can go couch to 21 and not stress that I won't finish in time. I am planning a 30s run: 1 min walk ratio, with lots of pictures and enjoyment. I am taking advantage of every minute that my registration fee bought me. Just finishing up a 21 day structured food plan reset of my body. Lost 11 lbs so far and it really has helped my confidence, motivation, energy level, and overall well-being. I did sign up for Marine Corps Marathon in Oct. Next Sunday, after a 21 mile stroll, I will restart my running life. I'm BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!! |

Science Nerd 28760 Redwood City, California | Subject: RE: Mad Mutant Manatee Mentors 4--CLOSED Serious question: I had a tibial stress fracture twice in my right tibia. This was years ago. Sometimes I get a hot spot (I have one know) in the place of the fractures. Is this normal? Happened to anyone else? Do I treat it like a fracture? |
