Can someone tell me what Wichita State's mascot is?  Their logo looks peculiar...I honestly can't tell what it is.

How great was their win over OSU?

I'm an Orange fan...any Michigan and/or Florida fans out there?  What little I've seen of the two, I'd prefer to play Michigan.  Can anyone break that down for me?  Thanks.

As much as the Buckeye loss hurts, I have Wichita St. in a raffel pool. One more win by the Shockers (or if Louisville wins it all) and I will be getting a nice pay day!!

Yeah, that was gruesome.  Saw that same thing happen in a game a couple years ago, Texas A&M at Washington.  It was brutal to watch.

That was horrifying!  The poor guy - I've read that it's going to take at least a year for him to recover from that.

Horrifying injury.......and a tough guy in Kevin Ware!

Kudos to the trainer, who was first on the scene, with the ability to keep thinking and throw a towel over the injury, possibly reducing the chances of shock.......and not just to Kevin Ware.

We saw a similar break happen to Steve Zakuani 2 years ago up here in Seattle when he was slide tackled. Scary.

Yes our mascot is a stalk of wheat. The original students of the college were kids who cut wheat on farms for a living. The proper term is "shocking" wheat. Hence the mascot, the "Wheat Shocker"

What a ride!!!!!

Lots of potential plays of the game but how about the foul called on Burke towards the end of the game while defending Siva. Looked like he got all ball with the hand. Body to body though- foul or not ? Could have gone either way imo... I think I'm going to watch the whole game again tonight.

It was a great game. I didn't care who won, but I was getting mad at the horrible reffing going on on both sides. The Siva block was a textbook block. All kinds of stuff the ref's weren't calling and then they called BS fouls like that.

What a game though.

The "down" ref called it, and in his position perspective I'm sure he didn't see if Siva and Burke actually had a gap/space between them (and the ball) and thought "body contact", whereas the replay camera angle showed a different perspective.  Tough call, I admit.

Did that change the momentum of the game or make that the game-changer, I don't think so, really.

3 point game and a break the other way not allowing Louisville to set their pressure vs a 5 pooint game and time for Louisville to set their pressure..... I have to think it was a major momentum shift.

What a game though.

Basketball is getting harder and harder to watch for me. It almost seems like the game has gotten too fast for the officials at this level and they are just guessing half the time.

Definitely saw a pattern in Louisville's last few games in the tourney. They would be in tight game or behind most of the game, usually dealing with foul trouble, then be able to turn it on late when the officials swallow their whistles, not wanting to "influence" the outcome of the game. I am in no way accusing the officials of bias, but it was fairly obvious that this trend, which really is pretty common, hugely helps the rough and tumble pressure style of the Cardinals.

There were a NUMBER of calls that looked like the refs were going to "let them play it out", which was inconsistent, I agree.
