Age group slots are based on the % of entrants in each age group. Slot allocation is not listed on the IMMO website. Do not know the % used or number in M25-29

No, I know that, but sometimes they post the allocation as per the starting list.

last year they had 4 slots for M25-29. This year it seems there are more participants as last year there were 2200 and this year athlete tracker marks 2400 and other AGs have more participants so they can have the same number or even less. Who knows...

Sorry, I got briefly "distracted".

She was 22nd (F35-39) out of the water.  Moved into 8th on the bike.  And is apparently in 3rd at 13.1!!!!!!
