You just had some spaces where they couldn't be, and one open quote. But the rest was just fine! That team table is so cute (and manly... so the guys arent scared of it... tis manly!) Yes.....ummm......very manly indeed Have you put it in your log yet? I'm having an issue with this! I can't get the old list off my log to put the new list on! Can someone help? Also I just found the perfect avatar for me but now I need to change it to a marshmallow! Can someone help me doctor a marshmallow to look like a power puff girl? You need to go into your control panel and then to your Goals tab. You probably need to select the show html option and then delete out the old list and paste in the new list. Change a marshmallow into a Power Puff? Sounds like a fun idea. Send me your avatar and I can give it a try! ugg my computer freezes every time I try to save the marshmallow pick! |

Will get it in today. Your schedule always exhausts me ya but you beat me in the total minutes for the march challenge! But I keep a simple schedule. Sleep, post pad, eat, post pad, work, post pad, train, post pad....rinse...repeat....etc. etc. Edited by disturbed275 2009-04-02 9:55 AM |

Champion 10742 Ames, IA | Subject: RE: PowerPuff Girls Shoeless - 2009-04-02 9:47 AM Hi team! I am one of the late comers. I am looking forward to a chatty team this month! My super power is for biking, so I may be the odd man out on this team, but I will not let you down. I've only been able to get outside for a ride twice due to the weather. I have a race on the 11th. Hopefully I'll get few warm dry days before then. Stats: I'll be 40 on Wednesday. I'm a married, SAHM of three teenage girls. I was coerced into swimming for a team triathlon in April of 2007, and I've never looked back. I've lost 40+ pounds since my first tri, 60 pounds since my heaviest. I've never missed 100% on my challenge goals (though I did sweat it some last month.) I have two team sprints, two solo sprints, an olympic, a 10K and a half mary on my slate, plus I'd like to do a 130 mile bike ride. RATPOD I won't be able to do the actual event, as it falls at a bad time of year for me, but I want to ride the route in July. ETA: I have been spinning twice a week for my bike mileage. Welcome to the team, Heidi! Sounds like you have a busy race schedule this year |

I was on a country road and all of the sudden there was a dog running alongside me in the ditch. He darted up to the road and I hit my brakes to not run him over. He yipped at my heels for a bit before turning around and running away. That happened to me two weeks ago (one of my two outside rides) Sneaky dog. I didn't even see him coming. Sure gives ya' a rush of adrenaline! I've been told not to stop, because a dog could mess your leg up pretty badly while you are slowing down. Was wishing I had something to throw at him. |

Do we have a spreadsheet yet? Do you commute every day? How far? I had to skip my commute today due to a dentist appointment I generally only commute once a week. It's a little short of 10 miles each way. |

I use a camelbak 'better bottle' with a straw. I could just see me trying to sprinkle the dog with it. Hee hee. I would have tried it, too! I didn't see that anyone was using this avatar.
