Rainy Sunday morning here... another 2 inches of rain overnight and everything is soggy and flooded.
SO glad I'm done with Ironman training, otherwise I'd be on the trainer for hours!!

Its national underwear day today. To observe it correctly you all are supposed to wear your underwear on the outside today. Trust me on this. Just do it.

Bring me back some Barolo. I can't afford the $300 they charge here.

Paying the price.
I had so much work to do over the weekend.
However, my body decided a complete shut down was necessary.
At least I got some good family time in, now to try to rev back up.

Well, a ridiculously busy racing season is getting busier :-)

So you will be in Des Moines in a month?  I will probably be working, but I am hoping to be able to shut the plant down for the weekend, so I can go watch and cheer on the racers.  Next year I plan on being there racing.

Yes, sir!  Registered on Friday, and it's looking like there will be a carload of up to four of us heading that way (all Team RWB folks).

Took 5th in AG in my Oly yesterday.  My time would have been a few seconds off of first compared to last year's results.  Silly fast people coming out to compete when I do.  Boo.

Congrats on the podium, Brad!

I'm jealous of your Italy-ness, meh.

Wow starting school August 5?! Do they get out in April or something? I think school starts here next week, equally as crazy.

School sure has changed since I went... first day of school was the day after Labour Day and was 9am-3pm.

Have you seen the version with Jimmy Fallon and Roots using the classroom instruments?  Awesome!

I won a 5K once. There were 47 people in that race, if I recall.

How many people were in your AG?

After all the results were in....there were 6. I beat 3 people.

But noticed that my swim time was 10th overall.

Boom.....

I've never podium'd at a triathlon before so you're one up on me. Run races yes, triathlon, no.

TAN is full of borderline Tri pros!  I'm not worthy!

I hope everyone's weekend was good and starting up the week on a good note.

All the family is gone (after a month) as of Sat.  A sense of relief swept over me after that flight took off...

Have a good one, everybody.

Even Tala???

Yeah so I complain that I'm gaining weight then go eat a bunch of unhealthy Tex-Mex for lunch because a person is leaving the company. I'm so weak-willed when it comes to food. I need to get my diet in order.

I actually got Tala back...  She turned into daughter Tala for a month instead of wife Tala...
