I'm so out of shape, I cramp up just laying on the couch.  I did a bosu ball workout last night for 30 minutes and SO sore today...

Why YES!  Both Chris and I will be doing B2B on Saturday!

You can stalk us in the non-creepy way through this link...  B2B Athlete Tracker

He's bib #509 & I'm bib #364

It's not a REAL 140.6 though, so it'll be easier, even with the shark.

I think I saw mention of that, but I'm not sure what it is about.

In addition to that book, I also have "Unicorns are Jerks: a coloring book exposing the cold, hard, sparkly truth" on the way.

It could... as Elaine said, either feed her the night before, or just don't be the last person in the water.

Trapped in the Closet is a "rap opera" by R.Kelly and has something like 33 chapters to it now.

I want the unicorn colouring book!  Though I do kinda like to think about unicorns as just fluffy and pretty and white and nice to everyone.  I don't know that I want my dreams dashed like that.

Have you seen "Cabin in the Woods"?  Unicorns are Jerks!  They're all kinds of stabby with that horn of theirs.

LOVED that movie!  And I totally wanted to try to get to Orlando for Halloween since they're supposed to have the "cabin" done by then, but alas, it's not to be.

You just shooooosh about unicorns being bastards and all stabby.  Clearly that unicorn was acting either under duress or was drugged.  They're NICE and FLUFFY dammit!!

Um... have you not SEEN my blog on BT?  It's been nothing but IM training.  Blah, blah swimming, biking and running, but running sucks blah.

Actually, I know you have, you've commented on it before!  Oooooh bus-ted.

No....it doesn't count. Every conversation needs to revolve around said person and the impending 140.6

Like when I did Ironman Texas....

Did you mention an impending 140.6?  Why yes, Chris and I are doing the B2B 140.6 this Saturday!

I predict both of us will beat Brad's time, but only because it's not a real 140.6

Woah.....woah......hang on there......

My time was....well....I finished before midnight. Sure, I may have been one of the last names Mike Reilly called and they may have been tearing down parts of the Medical Tent when I got in there......but I finished. In a shockingly slow, like close to impossible to not beat.

So....you better beat me or I will call you both silly names.

I fully expect to be called silly names regardless, and anything less in unacceptable!

By the way, since you brought it up... did you know that Monica and I are both doing a 140.6 this weekend?

I'm sure Tony will be more than happy to help with the calling of silly names in case you don't feel like you've gotten your fair share.

It's a good thing that our race was mentioned - I'm not sure anyone knew we had a 140.6 coming up on Saturday.

Training our bodies to work efficiently in Zone 2 will help us keep our HR and pace even throughout an Ironman. This theory would hold true for the bike and run portion of an Ironman race.
