For realz??!!  I don't know about the rest of you, but this group never seems to be CLOSED FOR BUSINESS, even the in the 'off-season'. I am glad to hear it is going another season. I am looking at plan options to start training right after my half marathon in mid-January. I can not decide if I am a beginner or intermediate. I feel like I am both. And to that the stranger that goes by the name of Andy.....good to see you back! I'd look at the overall hours in each plan and see which one is closer to the hours you can put in. |

Ok, makes sense on both counts. That has been a challenge in the past is to change up the workouts so they do not get monotonous, especially on the bike. |

The Kemah bridge is now part of the run instead of the bike.....twice....at the end of the 10k...... Hill training is going to be a priority for me.....using local parking garages as my only option. |
