enders_shadow - 2008-05-14 1:31 PM Went on a glorious 22 mile bike-ride this morning...tomorrow, swim + run. I'm starting to love my bike. Creepy, huh?

It would be really creepy if you said that about swimming.

Hey, I like swimming! It's the running that's not so much fun.

I like swimming too! Kristen, not so much.

Hey, I heard that.

Yeah, not so much. But I didn't like biking so much, either...anything could happen.

I love running, though!

I got a nice bike ride in yesterday. Weather was cooperative   I'm debating whether or not today or tomorrow will be my rest day.  I brought my swim and run stuff with me today in case I choose tomorrow.

How's everyone doing? Anyone racing this weekend?

I had a good (as good as it gets) swim this morning. Hopefully I will be able to get in a 5 mile or so run this afternoon, but that all depends on baseball schedules.

I'm racing this weekend. Lake Murray Sprint Triathlon (near Columbia, SC) S-750meters; B-16miles; R- 5k---first race of the year

Got in a great (for me) 1100 in the pool last night. I'm actually starting to like swimming. It's the biking that I'm having a hard time getting motivated for. No race this weekend but 1st Tri next and starting to get excited. Golfing after work tonight but just to show how crazy I'm getting me and a co-worker who are doing the race next Sat are going to run the golf course after our round tonight. I think it'll end up being like a 5 mile circuit.

Yes. And proud of it.

Oh, and I went swimming today (after running, of course).

Yesterday I got in a 1200 yd swim (1st for me) and did a 300 in there (another 1st...woo hoo).  Then "bricked it" with a 4 mi. track workout.  Yep...I was a tired puppy

No running today but I am going to get back in the pool.

Hope everyone is having a great week...train hard and be safe.

Steve

Good morning!

I had a poor run this morning, a struggle the whole way, really off my pace.

Tomorrow is Bike to Work Day, but the weather doesn't look like it wants to cooperate!   If it's not pouring down rain I may ride it anyway.

I did not.  I would have to bike through some pretty scary places to get to work.

No biking to work for me - I worked from home today! (And on normal days, I have to take my daughters in...no biking with them.)

But since I was home today, I did get a nice 10 mile run in!

You're hard-core   I was thinking about it earlier in the week but because of the rain I punked out.

GREAT job on the 10 miler today...It must be cool to use the words nice and 10 mile run in the same sentence...used to and will again but not just yet.  Outstanding !

Medium bike ride today, hoping to do a longer bike w/ a brick run tomorrow (and test out my new tri suit before my race in June)....

Hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend...the training weather couldn't be better here in VA.
