That's a ticket to the big Island, congrats Rob!!! (I wonder if Bryan told Rob that he was going to get that exact finishing time )

Nope, I was off by 10min.
Rob had Kona qualifier written all over his training. Well done, my man!

She's running faster than anybody near her in her AG.  If she holds near her current pace, she may actually win it!

Still a long way to go, so hang on!

Almost. That guy Vinnie and Andrew (the Andrew who's wife won IMLP) went sub 9:30 and I think Joel was right 9:34:13 at IMFL last year. Still incredible, tough course, and he's only 27!

even though he's not a BT'r (yet), I wanna give a "shout out" to my buddy Marco #333... he's racing IMWI in honor of two friends (that are sisters) who he lost in a tragic auto accident last year.... and he's rocking it! swim done in 1:02, bike in under 7 hrs... and now avg'g 9:03 on the 1st half of the run segment!! He's been putting in some serious hardwork with all of his training and it's all paying dividends this wknd.

Kate Snow won Lake Placid and married Tim Snow the Friday before IMLP this year. Hmmm...

She's one of the toughest people I've ever met including several Navy Seals.  I saw her power walking Eagleman in 97 degree heat with a walking boot.  She's totally going to win this thing.
