I got out this morning for a nice, fast bike ride but I'm back in the pool on Friday.

My son graduates high school today! When did I get old enough to have a child entering college!!!

Man, I'm offline for half a day and I miss three pages!! Thanks for all the birthday greetings yesterday!!

I admit, I skipped out on the birthday run - I got a game as a present from a friend and wound up playing that until almost midnight. But I will NOT skip out today. Especially since rumor has it today is National Running Day (no clue there was such a thing, but I'll take it!!)
