Congratulations again buddy. Really looking forward to hearing about your race and the trials and tribulations that went with it. I am betting there area number of soon to be Ironman racers  this year that could use your insight.

Congrats John -  I mean IRONMAN!!!!!  We really enjoyed following you all through the ups and downs.  You stayed strong when you needed to most and got the job done.  :-) 

You looked very happy to see the finish line.  It looked hot even after the sun went down.  Hope you are getting some good rest.  Can't wait for the details.

hey gang!  i had a pretty tough day out there, but i'm pretty happy.  not really what i expected but then i guess it is a difficult race so plans and reality sometimes don'r co-mingle.   i'm pretty tired so i'll give ya'll some details tomorrow,  but easy to say it was so incredibly hard.  mentally and physically.  maybe even more mentally, especially on the second lap of the shuffle.  i did end up in medical to which was icing on the cake.

thank you all so much for everything!!!!   

i'll catch up with everything tomorrow.  can't wait to here about the other AWESOME races!!!

did my longest run of the year today and was totally delighted with the results.  17.02 K  in 1:42:43.   9:43/mile pace. very happy with the results. Felt totally awesome at 10K but totally spent at 17K. Sat on the curb for a minute before cool down/walk home. Now off to the shower.

Where is our newest IM?????  Has anyone talked to him?  I want to know he's ok!

Paul and I are totally displaced today.....house showings are coming about an hour before people want to see the property, one down, three to go and an open house this afternoon. Not complaining though.  We could have no one and be sitting on two houses come August.

Way to quiet in here for a Monday morning.
Where are all you east coast peeps And where's the banter from the west. Do we have to wait until fatty slim gets back to have a decent conversation?ribbing . How's the training going with everyone? What's your favorite song to run/bike/swim with ( do you use headphones while swimming?). What is everyone's A race this year?
