Subject: RE: Fred D Mentor Group Part IIIGoFaster - 2012-11-21 10:20 AM Marc - are you looking at TSS during or after the ride? Where's some good web info on TSS as a whole? Training peaks has a lot of info on TSS. Basically it takes your normalized power compared to your threshold, takes in account duration and it gives a score to your workout. A workout over 85 in an hour is tough. A 120 score over 2 hours is a nice ride. A 180TSS HIM bike will lead to a good run. Your 910 calculate TSS on the fly. I always look at the TSS after. Sometimes I calculate it or see it calculated for me before the workout. And I know how much I will suffer based on it. I'll see if I can calculate Jorge's 6x4 workout TSS later :-) |
