Master 2231 Des Moines, Iowa | Subject: RE: Back to School Runnin' Fool - Sept Challenge Team Captains, We have several challenge members who are not responding to PM's and are not posting miles. I've been asked, "what, if anything, can we do about this." I asked Dee since she has run MANY more of these than I have. Her response is below. I say we follow her suggestion. So.....if you have a person who appears to not be participating do this: 1) As captain, leave the person a PM (personal message) ASAP asking if they are still participating. 2) If they don't respond to the message in a week, let me know. 3) I'll check their logs and make a determination on whether to drop them or not. Thanks!! ************************************************************ Hi Shawn! |

Master 2231 Des Moines, Iowa | Subject: RE: Back to School Runnin' Fool - Sept Challenge Captains... Thanks for the great response last week in getting me your numbers. My part was very easy due to your work. I'm out of town this Sunday - getting back late Sunday night or early on Monday. I'm going to try and work on the challenge info on Sunday evening. PM's or an email work fine. Looking forward to the results!! Thanks for helping!! |

Pro 4343 Olney, MD | Subject: RE: Back to School Runnin' Fool - Sept Challenge Hi All, I made an error when I reported my team's week 2 results. I reported our two week totals rather than our second week miles. We're not in 4th place as reported by Shawn. We should really be down in 7th with a 34.7% completion. It's an improvement from last week's 9th place. But we've got a LONG way to go to get near 4th place for real. Sorry for the confusion. I'll get it right next week! |

Extreme Veteran 307 | Subject: RE: Back to School Runnin' Fool - Sept Challenge O.k. The Chanticleers are officially handicapped by 1 seriously gimpy runner (me!) & another that's continuing to run through a chronically sore knee. I just want to take a moment & applaud the other team members who are continuing to run strong despite my pitiful display of 2 miles this week! Wherever the team places this week, they did so under great distress & with admirable courage & gumption! Go TEAM! |

Expert 2555 Colorado Springs, Colorado | Subject: RE: Back to School Runnin' Fool - Sept Challenge 2 miles is a heckuva lot more than the big goose egg Shawn has put up so far for the Okras. He may be saving up the remainder of his miles to goal for one long painful day. |

Master 2231 Des Moines, Iowa | Subject: RE: Back to School Runnin' Fool - Sept Challenge Week Three Results!!! * Nads are once again in First place. (Yes, I guess the Nads do have Nads!) * Artichokes - your week two column is empty - but your total miles run is correct. Your captain and I are working on getting the correct week 2 numbers. You're total % is also correct as is your place number for week 3 results. * If you have run over your goal miles, you're % only shows 100% (as stated in challenge rules). Miles over the goal will be used for tiebreakers. Nad's have one person over their goal. * Thanks to the Team Captains for prompt reporting. You are all doing great!! * Please let me know of mistakes or corrections. * Good luck everyone on week 4!!
