Insane down hill course

I nearly wet my pants just watching this. I can't believe some of the clearances. I wouldn't ride this course if it was flat.

I think I'd have to have nerves of steel to stand that close and watch.

tried to click on the video and the Youtube and Google agenda made me do a brand new login....

Ok all is good.  That was a Boss video.  Wish I was younger and did crazy stuff like that....My handlebars would have grabbed the red tape and thrown me to the ground...

Love the Air Jumps. Seems like they just show up.

I thought it was sped up also. Kind of has the jerky look to it of a sped up clip. Still shows some mad skills, but would have liked to see it at real speed.

I would bet a lot of money that the video was actual speed. The GoPro cams only shoot at max 60 frames per second and get pretty jerky, especially if left in the 30fps mode.

You all need to watch more downhill videos. That was pretty tame as far as some of them go.

Nice!  I haven't been on that side of town since I tacoed my front wheel last spring.

As for the video.  Awesome.  If you explore some of the other suggested links, it's the course, but from the spectators view.  Fun to watch as well.

When Whistler is all of an hour or so motorcycle ride away from home (depending on whether you feel like going at a speed that will get you chased by the police helicopter or not), it's hard NOT to find a reason to ride up there!

The Crankworx competition was a MUST see though - holy dayum are those riders ever impressive!

Man, I remember seeing those for the first time at the Banff Mountain Film Festival in Banff a few years ago.  I believe they were premiers at the time.  Those were awesome.  Thanks for posting them again.

Since my one downhill race of the year is just about 6 weeks away, I'm getting anxious.

Some Fontana Goodness.
