There are a ton of threads about it on here, so give a search a try and see what you need (basics are a towel to spread you stuff on, small towel to dry off a bit, running shoes since I assume you aren't going clipless you won't need bike shoes, sunglasses, water bottles, powergel or bar, and obviously whatever clothes you want ). Also, bring a hat or visor for the run...the sun can wreck you if you aren't careful.
Listen, you can totally do this. Pace yourself, save a little more than you think you need on the first two stages. The run is always tough when you are pooped, so save a bit extra in the tank for it.
It would be great to have more time, but have this experience, and it will motivate you for your training in the next one.
