Bike is checked in and I'm just relaxing on the couch. Ate some yummy lasagna for lunch now it's just a matter of staying hydrated and packing the special needs bags.
The water this morning was up 1 degree to 70 this morning. I swam with Kevin (t3coach1), Tim (TwinRacer), Keith (MurrayK) and another swimmer that swam with Kevin in college. They said they were going to go a slow pace but after about 500 meters they had already built a 50 meter lead and I was working waaaaaay harder than I wanted to. Tim and I backed off and swam back calling it a day.
I'm thinking that a 56:00 is a more realistic swim time for me unless I find a nice set of feet. It was such a big difference in effort to hold 1:22's rather than 1:30's. Not worth is for a couple minutes of time.
