I just applied for a job with a local bike shop, just for the fun of it. I do not know if I will get hired but it would be fun. The shop in question sells Orbea and Giant bicycles. My primary job is fixing, troubleshooting and maintaining the multi million dollar missile system you see the clips on CNN of the missiles coming out of, well, actually, now I am in charge of the people that do it. My secondary specialty is Anti Terrorism/Force Protection and weapons training and qualifications. I run the training program and get people ready to go outside the contiental US. I am currently teaching all things Gunners Mate related to Surface Warfare Officers (CWO1-O6) in, about to be covered in snow, Newport RI. I can retire at 39 in 2 1/2 years! :P

Been flying for 18 years total, starting as fighter pilot for one of the small Eastern European country's Air Force, after that, 7 years at Atlantic Coast Airlines (an East Coast United Express operator that changed later to Independence Air and went out of business), and last three at Berkshire Hathaway owned NetJets Inc. Flying rich and famous. |

Basically, do my job to live my live (swimming, cycling, runnig)... I co-worker onece asked me how do I run 26.2miles and I said, one mile at a time. Then I asked him, how do you sell $12millions annually and he said with a lot of stress. He is not only a marathoner now but also an Ironman. I'm working to become one too but it gives me stress just to think about it... Funny... |
